Important update on analysis cookies: In July 2020 the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) declared invalid the decision of the European Commission 2016/1250 on the adequacy of the protection provided by the European Union – United States of America Privacy Shield (known as Privacy Shield). Until this decision was issued, the transfer of personal data to the US, including the transfer in the case of Google Analytics, was based on this adequacy decision. This processing is now based on Google’s standard data protection clauses (Article 46 of the General Data Protection Regulation) and, additionally, on your express consent, in accordance with the terms of Article 49 para. 1 letter a of the GDPR, given the absence of an adequacy decision. Further, as data subjects you should be aware that your metadata may be used by Google for profiling and transmitted to its computers in the US, where appropriate law enforcement and national security authorities may request and gain access , according to the US constitutional framework.

In any case, we inform you that you have the option to completely block the collection of your data by Google Analytics by installing a plugin in the browser you use: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
